• Scheduled Stakeholder Meetings: Initially, we will meet weekly, then move to biweekly meetings once a rhythm is established.
• Collateral Development: We will create compelling sales sheets and other collateral materials to support your marketing efforts.
• Graphic Design and Support: Our team provides professional graphic design services to enhance the visual appeal of your marketing materials and digital assets.
• Press Releases: We will assist in crafting engaging press releases to announce important company updates, product launches, or other newsworthy events.
• Email Marketing: We will design and execute one major marketing campaign monthly, targeting your desired prospects and maximizing engagement.
• Vendor Management Assistance (MDF): We will assist with managing vendor relationships and securing Market Development Funds (MDF) to support your marketing initiatives.
• Webinar/Seminar Assistance/Management: We will help organize and manage webinars or seminars to showcase your expertise and attract your target audience.
• List Management Guidance and Assistance: We will provide guidance on best practices for list management and help segment and maintain your contact lists.
• Campaign Management & Execution: Our team will manage and execute your marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, effective delivery across channels.
• Print Advertising: We can assist with producing or coordinating print advertising materials if required. Any production costs will be discussed separately.
• Social Media Management: We will create engaging content, design graphics, and manage your social media posts across your platforms to enhance your online presence.
• Event Assistance: We will support the organization and management of events, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact.
• Blog Creation (Content/Graphics): We will develop informative, engaging blog content complemented by visually appealing graphics to attract and engage your target audience.

• Website Management & Hosting: We will manage and host your website, ensuring it remains secure, up to date, and optimized for performance.

*Pricing does not include subscriptions to webinar software, CRM, or email automation tools.  It excludes production costs such as printing and postage for campaigns or collateral. Other costs may vary for list procurement. 

1 – Multiple geographies may require additional monthly subscription costs to the IT Pro package. 
2 – A one-time transfer fee will be required during onboarding to move the website and rehost it in our environment.
3- Multi-brand or multi-platform environments require additional per-site pricing.

• Additional Sites – $500 each
