  • Scheduled Stakeholder Meetings: Initially, we will meet weekly, then move to biweekly meetings once a rhythm is established.

  • Graphic Design and Support: Our team provides professional graphic design services to enhance the visual appeal of your marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Press Releases: We will assist in crafting engaging press releases to announce important company updates, product launches, or other newsworthy events.
  • Email Marketing: We will design and execute one major marketing campaign monthly, targeting your desired prospects and maximizing engagement.
  • Vendor Management Assistance (MDF): We will assist with managing vendor relationships and securing Market Development Funds (MDF) to support your marketing initiatives.
  • Webinar/Seminar Assistance/Management: We will help organize and manage webinars or seminars to showcase your expertise and attract your target audience.
  • List Management Guidance and Assistance: We will provide guidance on best practices for list management and help segment and maintain your contact lists.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Our team will manage and execute your marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, effective delivery across channels.
  • Print Advertising: We can assist with producing or coordinating print advertising materials if required. Any production costs will be discussed separately.

Pricing Notes & Additional Costs

Published prices represent the starting monthly investment for each marketing program. Final pricing is based on the scope of your engagement, including the number of brands, websites, platforms, and geographic markets we support.

1 – Third-Party Costs
Pricing does not include third-party subscriptions or production expenses, including webinar software, CRM or email automation platforms, printing, postage, or list procurement. These costs are billed separately when required.

2 – Multiple Geographic Markets
Organizations targeting multiple geographic markets may require additional monthly investment based on the additional strategy, content, SEO/AEO, and marketing execution required for each market.

3 – Website Transfer and Hosting
If Equilibrium will manage and host an existing website, a one-time transfer fee may apply during onboarding to migrate the website into our hosting environment.

4 – Multiple Brands, Websites, or Platforms
Organizations with multiple brands, websites, or digital platforms require additional scope and pricing. Each primary brand or website begins at the applicable program rate, with additional sites supported at the following rates:

  • Primary Site: Starting at $3,500/month
  • Additional Sites: Starting at $500/month each

Final pricing is confirmed during scoping so you know the complete monthly investment before your engagement begins.
