Denise is an accomplished executive that has been working in the industry for over 30 years. Denise began her career as a Novell Helpdesk support tech and moved to a Netware engineer and project manager. Denise taught advanced level classes in IT compliance, Security, Networking technologies as well as IT ethics, and Project Management. Since leaving college, she has been a member of Equilibrium Consulting and led to the growth of guiding IT companies to optimize their quote and PSA software. She is a CISSP and Certified Advanced ConnectWise trained professional.
